Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades apply right away, and downgrades move to the lower rate on your next billing cycle.
What happens if I hit a tool limit?
You'll see a clear notification. Chat token windows roll over automatically, premium tool pools refresh with your billing period, and uploads stay on a separate daily throttle.
Do you really not log prompts?
Meriq does not log or retain your prompts. With Cloud Vault enabled, your conversations are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. Your password is never stored or logged — the key is derived from it in memory and cleared after inactivity.
What payment methods do you support?
